Importance of Confirmation Testing and MRO Review

A press release by the EEOC (U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) last year demonstrates a situation where an employer didn’t provide the proper channels for the applicant to dispute the positive drug screen results which ended up with EEOC filing a suit.
